Shipping & Delivery
Please allow one business day for order processing. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item(s) will be delivered depending on the shipping method selected.
The following shipping methods are currently available within the United States:
Priority Shipping - 3 business days
Express Shipping - 2 business days (order must be received by 10AM PST)
RUSH Shipping - Next business day (order must be received by 7AM PST)
For shipping outside of the United States, please select the International Shipping option at checkout for rates.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to process an exchange of a similar item of equal or lesser price if you have an issue with your order. There are no returns. If you need assistance with an order, email us at email@example.com to receive instructions. Please ensure that the following conditions are met for a smooth exchange process.
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. A $15 fee will be charged if footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
